Morning Consult just released a bunch of polls, and they are almost all great news for Kamala Harris and Democrats in the Senate races. But as a long-suffering Texas Democrat, I couldn’t help but jump out of my seat at this result:
Colin Allred Leading Ted Cruz!
Folks… Colin Allred is leading Ted Cruz!!!
Is this just an outlier? Well, coming five days after this tweet directly from the top of Trump’s campaign… I’m thinking it may be accurate:
And by the way… this may be the first poll showing Allred ahead, but another poll last month found him only trailing 47%-45%.

So, what more do we need in order to send the loathed full-time podcaster Cancun Cruz packing? Resources and volunteers! Texas is huge and very expensive.

…so perhaps the campaign should consider getting together with Allred for a sure-to-be-massive “HARRIS FOR HARRIS” rally in Houston (Harris County) and see what happens!
