A medical doctor says Trump’s forward leaning stance is because he wears lifts on his shoes. Add the obesity, and he looks like he’s about to topple down.
“In the past several days, it’s been reported that Donald Trump has been “standing weird”. Although the President’s leaning-forward posture has been displayed in the past, recently this stance has been used more consistently. Why? What are the body language ramifications?
Donald Trump is standing with this posture — primarily because he has specially crafted, ‘lift shoes’. His added 2.5–3.5 inch heel-height causes him to lean forward. This configuration is accentuated by his obesity.”
Someone on here said Trump "stands like a centaur without its hind legs", and I'll be damned if it ain't true. pic.twitter.com/ZJcC4cTAxG

A different take on this posture is from Tom Joseph on Twitter who considers the stance derives from frontotemporal dementia:
See anyone you know? This pic was part of a lecture given in 1888 by Jean-Martin Charcot a renowned French neurologist & professor of anatomical pathology. He was noting precise differences & characteristics of the PSP form of Frontotemporal Dementia even b4 it had it's own name pic.twitter.com/UisrhqmA02

Trump’s posture is the classic frontotemporal dementia stance. Forward leaning, arms down like balancing rods. He’s at risk to jerk & fall backwards. He can’t stand like the ppl next to- hands on hips or in the pockets. He would topple- a good word to describe what he has coming pic.twitter.com/9jFoJ72ZX2

Either from his desire to be taller than Obama or a symptom of prefrontal dementia, who knows for sure? But stand up and put both arms in front of you, and you’ll realize this is not normal!! Oddly enough this not normal stance lacks any serious comment from the mainstream media. Why not?
