Trump Instructed his Team to “Get the Emails” — the DNC Emails that Russia had stolen.  — Not Ukraine.

The Mueller interview notes are being released, finally.

Mueller interview notes obtained by CNN show Trump’s push for stolen emails

by Katelyn Polantz, CNN — Nov 2, 2019

(CNN) President Donald Trump and other top 2016 Trump campaign officials repeatedly privately discussed how the campaign could get access to stolen Democratic emails WikiLeaks had in 2016, according to newly released interview notes from Robert Mueller‘s special counsel investigation.

Read the interview notes

“[Rick] Gates recalled a time on the campaign aircraft when candidate Trump said, ‘get the emails.’  [Michael] Flynn said he could use his intelligence sources to obtain the emails,” investigators wrote in a summary of Gates’ April 2018 interview with Mueller’s team. Flynn was a foreign policy adviser on the campaign and became Trump’s first national security adviser.
Flynn had the most Russia contacts of anyone on the campaign and was in the best position to ask for the emails if they were out there,” the investigators also wrote about Gates’ interview.

It looking more and more like a Criminal Conspiracy — right from the get-go.

And the blame it on Ukraine extortion scheme, was just part of the Cover-Up.

The Cover-up on Trump’s longest con of all — That he won the Election fair and square, without relying on illegal help from Russia.

Guess What — Russia was listening …

This is what must exist for the crime of Criminal Conspiracy to have occurred:

Created by FindLaw’s team of legal writers and editors.

criminal conspiracy exists when two or more people agree to commit almost any unlawful act, then take some action toward its completion. The action taken need not itself be a crime, but it must indicate that those involved in the conspiracy knew of the plan and intended to break the law. A person may be convicted of conspiracy even if the actual crime was never committed.

For example, Jason, Alice and Hank plan a bank robbery. They 1) visit the bank first to assess its security, and 2) pool their money and buy a gun. All three can be charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, regardless of whether the robbery itself is ever attempted or completed.

There needs to be a plan to commit a crime.  There needs to be an agreement to commit the crime. There needs to some actions taken in the furtherance of that crime — whether or not the actual crime ever takes place or not.

Actively seeking and receiving stolen goods is still a Crime — is it not?

According to the reports trump actively participated in these lost emails. How many times do we have to see this. Before someone acts.
