We not only live in a post truth world, but in a post parody world as well. CNN’s Brianna Keiller did a fact check of a recent rant by Dr. Ronny Jackson. Jackson hilariously suggests that Donald Trump’s midnight run to Walter Reed was “routine” and he “was consulted weeks in advance.” How many routine, […]
When Lindsey Graham did his now famous 180 degree spin on Donald Trump, going from calling him a “xenophobic bigot” and “totally unqualified” to the boot licking sychophant who said he had no intention of being a “fair juror” at Trump’s Senate impeachment hearing, and who wouldn’t even defend the name of his best friend, John McCain, against Trump, people were stunned. What got into Lindsey Graham? Allusions to the Manchurian Candidate and alien mind control were made, so breathtaking and unexpected was Graham’s conversion. Make of Graham what you will, he’s not unique. Others have decided that Trump is the one buttering their bread and without him there will be none, apparently. The most recent converts to the Trump priesthood are Alex Azar and Ronny Jackson. Azar’s job has been said to be on the chopping block for some time now. If that’s the case, he’s dancing in double time to get Trump to forgive him, claiming that there’s a vaccine on the horizon and making some incredible comparison between the Manhattan Project and Trump’s coronavirus response. Would you ever have put those two together in your wildest dreams? Trump's claim that virus whistleblower Dr. Rick Bright was unhappy, and that he doesn't want to meet him sums up how Trump caused the coronavirus response failure. pic.twitter.com/YTZOjhaZNy — Sarah Reese Jones (@PoliticusSarah) May 14, 2020 Does Azar keeping his job justify selling his soul? One can only assume yes, because Azar is now Trump’s main lieutenant, out there in the field with him, angrily defending Trump’s name and literally telling everyone how “on top of it” Trump’s coronavirus response is. That was yesterday and today, it’s Manhattan Project level. What will it be tomorrow, I wonder, as successful as Kennedy’s dream of us going to the moon? And then there’s Ronny Jackson, Trump’s former White House M.D., who is blithely embracing Obama conspiracy theories and backstabbing his colleagues of eight years in the Obama administration. Again, it is a performance which shocks and stuns. People who worked with Jackson don’t recognize this version of him. “During my time in the White House Ronny L. Jackson was my colleague, my friend and my doctor. I thanked him in my book for his good care,” tweeted Alyssa Mastromonaco, Obama’s onetime deputy chief of staff. “His comments yesterday and today leave me confused, angry, and heartbroken. I don’t recognize this version of Ronny at all.” Jackson is running for Congress and he released this statement. Today, I issued the following statement regarding recent false accusations from former Obama officials and the mainstream media. #TX13 pic.twitter.com/iJQpWsx9Y2 — Ronny Jackson (@RonnyJackson4TX) May 14, 2020 If anybody is power mad it’s Jackson, which is not surprising. This is the Projection Presidency. Whatever a Trumpite accuses another of is something s/he’s doing herself. Washington Post: “Ronny L. Jackson palled around with us Deep State Traitors for 8 years and did nothing but smile and say kind things about Barack Obama, who made him an Admiral,” Jon Favreau, Obama’s onetime speechwriter, wrote on Twitter. One of Favreau’s podcast co-hosts on “Pod Save America,” former Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor, also referenced Jackson’s friendship and accused him of adopting Trump’s conspiracy theories for political purposes. “Ronny L. Jackson was friends with Obama and his entire staff,” Vietor tweeted. “I never heard him make […]
Dr. Jennifer Pena, physician for VP Mike Pence, abruptly resigned today. From CNN reporting: According to copies of internal documents obtained by CNN, Pence's doctor accused Jackson of overstepping his authority and inappropriately intervening in...

Sometimes people in Washington get it plain wrong!
If conservatives support police killing citizens without justification, climate denial, fact denial, science denial, racist and misogynistic behavior, or a litany of other absurd points of view about numerous important issues, we call them out.
