While everyone reels in the post-SOTU, post-acquittal stupor, with images of Nancy Pelosi ripping up Trump’s “manifesto of mistruths” and Trump’s batshit address from the White House, tearing down everybody from James Comey to Mitt Romney, don’t lose sight of the fact that Lev Parnas is still out there and he has a lot to say. Parnas is a meticulous record keeper and loves to document everything with photographs. That will devolve to America’s advantage. CNN: Parnas still possesses an unseen stash of photographs and recordings, [Attorney Joseph] Bondy says. Those exist in addition to the notes, text messages and other evidence that is currently in the hands of Congress. The materials were seized by federal investigators in New York from Parnas’ phones and computers when he was indicted in October and shared with Congress by Parnas’ legal team after the judge in his case allowed them to do so in December. – “Over the past several months, it has been revealed that Lev Parnas is a prolific collector of photos and videos,” Bondy told CNN in an interview. “Contrary to what one might expect, Mr. Parnas has not destroyed any. Rather, he has preserved them. The universe of subject matter is yet to be publicly revealed but is of interest in matters well beyond the impeachment inquiry.” – The images obtained by CNN are of trips that provide a peek into relationships Giuliani has not been willing to discuss, specifically work he’s done for legally embattled foreign clients whose interests could intersect with his most prominent client — the President of the United States. Parnas says that the photos help show ties that Giuliani had with business and political interests in Venezuela. Rudy Giuliani has a lot of ties in interesting places, and if anybody is the linchpin connecting instances of corruption in this administration, it’s him. Take, for example, the issue of Dmytro Firtash, who figures prominently in the Ukraine scandal. Parnas said that Giuliani told him to inform Firtash that Joseph di Genova and Victoria Toensing would not only represent him, but would get his case in front of Bill Barr himself, in exchange for Firtash providing damaging information on Joe Biden. Firtash is facing bribery charges and extradition issues, and all that was going to go away, apparently, if he did Trump’s bidding and helped kneecap Joe Biden. – This is who we’ve got in government these days, folks. Anybody know what Tanya Harding is up to these days? She would be the perfect match for this administration. Take your rivals out rather than compete with them. And Trump dares to call other people “low life.”
Lev Parnas’ lawyer just indicated Lindsey Graham knew about Giuliani’s targeting Ukrainian reformers while simultaneously advocating for corrupt Ukrainians. Parnas saw letters that Giuliani delivered to...
Joseph Bondy, attorney for Lev Parnas, knows how to troll on social media. That’s a good thing, since we have the Cruel Clown of social media to contend with, Donald Trump. It’s nice to know somebody can fight fire with fire. Join Lev Parnas and the legal team tomorrow at 11:15 am, as we walk from Union Station to the Capitol, to watch the trial and speak out for witnesses and evidence. #TrialsHaveWitnesses #AmericansWantWitnesses #LetLevSpeak #LetBoltonTestify #LevRemembers https://t.co/aarsX7Mil7 — Joseph A. Bondy (@josephabondy) January 29, 2020 Daily Beast: Lev Parnas’ attorney Joseph Bondy is set to attend the Senate impeachment trial tomorrow during the first day of the question-answer period. His co-counsel Stephanie Schuman is also expected to appear, The Daily Beast has learned. “Like many other New York constituents, Mr. Bondy reached out and asked for gallery tickets, and we said yes,” said Justin Goodman, a spokesperson for Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), the Senate Minority Leader. Bondy told The Daily Beast Tuesday that his client was also trying to attend tomorrow’s proceedings in the Senate trial but would be unlikely to be able to enter the chamber because he wears an ankle monitor. Senate rules bar individuals from bringing any electronics into the chamber during the trial. Tuesday evening, U.S. District Judge J. Paul Oetken indeed modified Parnas’ pretrial release to allow him to travel to Washington, but denied the removal of his monitor. Here’s a shot of Trump defense attorney Pam Bondi, whose sanctimonious defense of Trump seems a bit much, considering. Bondy (@josephabondy) January 28, 2020 We’re sure in a different space than we were on Friday, when Adam Schiff was tweaking the delicate sensibilities of Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins by quoting the “head on a pike” line. They were so alienated then, but the John Bolton manuscript seems to have a quieting effect on their outraged sensibilities. Wednesday should be interesting. And by the by, a new trending hashtag on Twitter is #MittOrGetOffThePot.

Sometimes people in Washington get it plain wrong!
If conservatives support police killing citizens without justification, climate denial, fact denial, science denial, racist and misogynistic behavior, or a litany of other absurd points of view about numerous important issues, we call them out.
