If you haven’t noticed already, Trump’s Ukraine crisis has brought the scum de la scum scurrying from all corners of the woodwork. Joseph diGeneva, who was briefly considered as a Trump aide, due to his television performances on Fox News, but whom Trump couldn’t stand when he met him in person, is back in the Defend Trump lineup. Matthew Whitaker, who Trump thought might be his “killer” pre-William Barr, has also surfaced on Fox. Now we find out that Corey Lewandowski, hated and reviled by even members of the original Trump election team, is being considered for the top post of Trump consigliere. Get the mattresses, boys, here we go. CNN: Corey Lewandowski, the political operative who helped elect President Trump, has had conversations with White House officials in recent days about potentially taking a position inside the administration to help Trump confront a looming impeachment fight. The discussions, including a Thursday afternoon meeting at the White House, reflect the growing recognition among Trump’s allies and advisers that he is without a clear strategy for managing the crisis, which exploded in stunning fashion this week. Trump’s 2016 campaign manager would be in a crisis management type role, and the idea as it currently stands would be for Lewandowski to assemble a team that mirrors the one that existed in Bill Clinton’s White House when he was facing his own impeachment. One name already popping up as this cavalcade of crooks and liars is assembled is none other than David “Citizens United” Bossie. Since he went after Bill Clinton in 1997, it’s considered that he knows the ropes. The name that I am scrutinizing the news for is — wait for it, now……Steve Bannon. If Bannon comes back into the fold, the farcical aspect of this will triple. We need Bannon, and his Bushmills, right there in the mattresses, calling the shots, and drinking the shots, with Lewandowski and Bossie. I can’t wait.

Sometimes people in Washington get it plain wrong!
If conservatives support police killing citizens without justification, climate denial, fact denial, science denial, racist and misogynistic behavior, or a litany of other absurd points of view about numerous important issues, we call them out.
