Rudy Giuliani and his rag tag crew are swiftly becoming the legal version of Galaxy Quest, “Never give up, never surrender.” Generally speaking, it helps in legal matters if you have the facts or the law on your side, or something, but not to Strikeforce Rudy.

The first idea that leapt to mind — and granted, I am not on Rudy’s crack team — but last I knew the Pennsylvania results were going to be certified Monday. So wouldn’t that render this appeal moot?
I guess Rudy’s strategy is that he wants to appeal this to the Supreme Court, and that’s why this appeal. So the “unhinged” “Frankenstein’s monster” of a case still lives — until another judge kills it.
I hope the legal types here will weigh in on this. It looks to me to be another dismissal just waiting to happen, but maybe I’m missing something.
