North Dakota Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, perhaps the most vulnerable Democratic incumbent up for re-election this November, has announced that she is a no on Brett Kavanaugh.
“The process has been bad, but at the end of the day, you have to make a decision,” Heitkamp told WDAY News, in an early clip released from their interview with the senator. “And I’ve made that decision … I will be voting no on Judge Kavanaugh.”
Heitkamp statement cites Ford hearing explicitly in why she's a no on Kavanaugh: "When I listened to Dr. Ford testify, I heard the voices of women I have known throughout my life who have similar stories of sexual assault and abuse."

That leaves one Democratic senator undecided. Joe Manchin, you’re up—and your fellow red-state Democrats have set the standard for you to match.
