I said this when Donald Trump was first elected: Our country is too stupid to live. I never meant it literally, though. I may have been wrong about that.
As RawStory has noted, MAGAs across the country are finding eerie significance in the fact that most of the COVID-19 cases reported so far have been in blue states. And they’re demonstrating a peculiar melange of smugness and schadenfreude over that fact:
Why is the #coronavirus only in Democrat ran states so far🤔 coincidence 🤔

Have you noticed all new cases of coronavirus are in Democrat states Wash. Or. Cal. I’ll. Ri. do you think the dems are dumb enough to get sick to make Trump look bad just saying

I said it the 1st day we heard the coronavirus is here "The Coronavirus will start spreading in Sanctuary States, the Democrats will put Americans in jeopardy to make @POTUS Trump look bad. All that matters is the 2020 Election."

All positive coronavirus victims reside in blue states & blue cities run by Democrats. Coincidence?
— Mr. Wick, “A Dog-Faced Pony Soldier” (@ImperialWick) March 1, 2020
Democrat run Blue States will infect the poor with the virus in State Run Hospitals to exploit their deaths against Trump, because, well, it’s the Democrats.

So it's interesting that the Coronavirus pops up in the Democratic states where people shit on the streets.

They're sleeping on Dem controlled streets. They can't afford health care because democrats keep giving it away to illegals. You/dems are responsible for the coronavirus pouring across U.S borders. There's a reason Cali is the most infected state for everything in the country.💣

This is why we can’t have nice things.
And to answer the question that’s top-of-your-febrile-little-minds: Yes, it is a coincidence. For one thing, it makes sense that some of the first domestic cases were reported on the West Coast, because of its proximity to Asia. And the West Coast just happens to be solid blue. It also makes sense that you’d see more cases reported in large population centers, which tend to be more liberal.
Also, two cases have now been reported in Florida and one in Arizona. Not exactly liberal redoubts. But keep thinking Donald Trump’s orange traffic cone of protection will keep you safe. See how that works.
