If you’re being paid or being told to cover for the president and rebut bad news, you have to do better than this.
This crisis has become something to push aside, because it is not all that real, because “some” who oppose the president, think immigrant children are more important than U.S. children, for propaganda purposes.
Kilmeade, professional moron:
“These are not — like it or not, these aren’t our kids,” Kilmeade said. “Show them compassion, but it’s not like he is doing this to the people of Idaho or Texas. These are people from another country and now people are saying that they’re more important than people in our country who are paying taxes.”
Well, first of all, let’s deal with the obvious lie, I sure haven’t heard anyone anywhere on anything say any kid is more important than any other kid anywhere. I know that for a fact.
Second, I simply cannot square him saying “hey, face it, these aren’t white kids from Idaho who pay taxes” (and that “white” was definitely inferred, and yet WE are the ones supposedly saying the immigrant kids are more important than the Idaho kids.
On the other hand, it would seem tougher for the federal government to “lose” a kid and his/her parents if they had birth certificates and all that, so maybe getting this immigrant kid back ASAP actually is more important procedurally. But, kids themselves as individuals? I almost think the entire point is that every kid is worth the same, to all parents, isn’t it?
Watch this Fox clip, that line was slipped into there perfectly with several layers of meaning, all of them fed to him by someone schooled in propaganda.
