He’s got his regrets… Unfortunately, they’re not what one might expect.
A New Jersey man who bragged online about storming the U.S. Capitol in the name of Donald Trump told friends he’d urinated in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Congressional office during the riots — and regretted not leaving “s–t” on her chair when he had the chance, according to federal documents unsealed Friday.
Friends of James Douglas Rahm, 61, turned him in to the FBI after reading his highly-incriminatory posts on Facebook following the Jan. 6 violence that left one Capitol police officer and several rioters dead.
Rahm soon deleted most of the posts and videos — but not before his friends took screenshots of most of his comments, including those about Pelosi (D-Calif.), according to documents filed in Pennsylvania federal court.
Apparently he regrets sharing so much…
James Douglas Rahm Jr., a New Jersey man arrested for breaching the U.S. Capitol, wrote on Facebook that he urinated in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office, a new court filing alleged Friday.
The FBI said in the newly unsealed charging document that federal investigators received several tips regarding Mr. Rahm last month in the aftermath of mobs raiding the Capitol building on Jan. 6.
A special agent for the FBI wrote in the court filing that at least three people alerted investigators to Facebook activity they attributed to Mr. Rahm, including several posts, photos and video.
The charging document includes a number of screenshots obtained by the FBI that show Facebook user Doug Rahm discussing being inside the Capitol building and specifically Mrs. Pelosi’s office.
He never learned that nothing ever dies on the internet…
Until the FBI began its nationwide dragnet of suspects involved in the deadly Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, James Douglas Rahm, prosecutors say, counted his presence among the mobs that stormed the building that day as a point of pride.
On Facebook, he posted videos, narrating the incursion. “We’re here,” he said in one filmed inside the Capitol Rotunda. “Time to find some brass and kick some frickin’ ass.”
And when a friend urged him to give House Speaker Nancy Pelosi a kiss, Rahm replied: “Pissed in her office.”
Rahm had made some efforts to cover his tracks, FBI agents said. According to charging documents in his case, he deleted many of his Facebook posts within days of the insurrection as a nationwide manhunt began for those who had participated in the attack.
He has the gall to call others disgusting after pissing in somebody’s office…
In other posts obtained by federal investigators, Rahm, who goes by his middle name Doug online, allegedly gave his account of the attack.
“Yes do not believe the media there were no anarchist no antifa just patriots trying to take our country back. Yes I was there the pepper spray is just wearing off,” Rahm said in the online posts, according to authorities.
“We the people tried to take our house back now they will blame it on Trump. Disgusting anti-Americans,” Rahm wrote, according to authorities.
