As the House House Intelligence Committee rushes to “turn the page” on the Trump-Russia Investigation, their 14-hour grilling of FBI Director Andrew McCabe did not go the way they intended.

Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe confirmed James Comey’s explosive testimony that Trump demanded his loyalty.
According to CNN, McCabe faced a 14-hour grilling this week and seemingly confirmed what Comey said during his testimony in June, particularly the testimony from Comey that the president demanded his loyalty.
More from the report:
In private testimony before the House Intelligence Committee this week, McCabe told lawmakers that Comey informed him of conversations he had with President Donald Trump soon after they happened, according to three sources with knowledge of the matter.
The testimony suggests McCabe could corroborate Comey’s account, including Trump’s ask that Comey show him loyalty, which the President has strongly disputed. Comey previously testified that he briefed some of his senior colleagues at the FBI about this conversation with Trump.
Despite the fact that Comey delivered his testimony under oath, Trump was quick to call the former FBI director – who accused Trump of demanding loyalty and firing him over the Russia investigation – a “liar” and a “leaker.”
As Shakespeare might put it: “The dolt Trump doest protest too much.”
Here’s a deeper dive into the topic — of that “corrupt” FBI — who is out to Uphold the Law, and protect the Constitution from all enemies, yada, yada …
FBI deputy confirmed to Congress that Comey told him about Trump loyalty pledge: report
CNN reports that McCabe told lawmakers during his testimony this week that Comey told him about conversations he had with Trump after they occurred.
McCabe told the committee that Comey also told him about Trump’s request for loyalty, according to CNN’s Manu Raju.
“I need loyalty. I expect loyalty,” Trump said, according to Comey.
Comey said he didn’t respond to Trump’s request […]
The revelation could mean McCabe can corroborate Comey’s account of the conversation.
So who you gonna believe America, the sworn testimony of two esteemed FBI Directors ?
— Or your own lying president ?
Faux News is betting on “the Liar”.
