Have Trump and his loyal minion Lindsey Graham accepted that Nancy Pelosi won’t budge on the wall?

As the February 15th government funding deadline nears for another crippling Trump Shutdown, it appears that the Donald Trump wall-funding pivot has begun. Check out this little nugget from CNN reporter Manu Raju.

Today it’s a “good down payment” for border security, but just three days ago, Sen. Graham was demanding that Republicans get behind Trump’s use of his executive dictatorial powers to bypass the U.S. Constitution in order to fund his imaginary wall.

Then this puzzler, just a day after Graham’s warning that Republican colleagues submit to Trump.

Which brings us to today, and Graham is now advising the “president” to take the deal. I think Graham is getting nervous. If Trump bypasses Congress, it will certainly go to the courts, where the dictator wannabe will be rebuked. I will say this—Graham probably doesn’t know what Trump will do. Sen. Graham is so screwed at this point, after stupidly putting his trust in Trump … and it couldn’t have happened to a more worthless Senator.

Graham also knows Nancy Pelosi is not playing their game. There will be no wall, not ever. Nancy Pelosi is now the most powerful politician in Washington and she’s on our side. It feels so good to have real checks and balances again!
