DOJ kicked off the docket in E. Jean Carroll’s case against Trump!

Ladies and gentlemen, great news! U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan issued a 1-page order yesterday making it perfectly clear that the DOJ has no business being the President’s personal legal representative in E. Jean Carroll’s defamation suit against Donald J. Trump.

This brave woman is not giving up!

“[T]he docket sheet erroneously lists Mr. [Stephen] Terrell and another attorney as counsel for defendant Trump,” Kaplan wrote, referring to a Justice Department lawyer. “That is incorrect. They represent only the United States.”

So it turns out that saying “She’s not my type” does NOT fall within the scope of the President’s duties, requiring DOJ attorneys to defend him against defamation claims. Who’da thunk it?

William Barr, read it and weep!

Trump’s legal entanglements continue apace, and this one earns special attention because it concerns RAPE. And E. Jean Carroll still has “the dress.”

Hope your Saturday is going great!  This news makes it a little bit better!

Yes! Time to get things straight, so why not start with Bill Barr and the Justice Department. Trumps reign of terror will be stopped.
