Biden tells voters when Trump’s gone, Republicans will have an ‘epiphany,’ will work with Democrats

Joe Biden’s on the campaign trail in New Hampshire, where Bloomberg News national political reporter Sahil Kapur tweeted that Biden told a New Hampshire couple that he believes Republicans will have an “epiphany” when Donald Trump is out of office and will begin working with Democrats again.

Has Joe Biden ever met Mitch McConnell? Jim Jordan? Kevin McCarthy? These people have not shown any willingness to work with Democrats. You’d think a guy who was in the White House in the years between 2009 and 2017 might remember how these same Republicans blocked every initiative, every infrastructure bill, every progressive policy proposal, every judicial appointment, and on and on. But magically they will all set it aside and give President Joe Biden whatever he wants?

He went further, saying there are “a lot of good people” in the Senate from both parties. Needless to say, the online reaction was probably a lot different than the reaction in the backyard of that New Hampshire home.

So what do you think? Do you believe Joe Biden can get Republicans in the Senate to return to the supposed cooperation of days of old?

Sure they will. Biden is just as deluded as Trump.

A very small minority of Republicans MAY learn to compromise, but I don’t think that the majority will ever do anything except obstruct progress.

The majority of the Republican party are just for their party and not the country. They should all be impeached or thrown out of office. Mitch McConnel, Graham and Grassley are some of the worst offenders. I hope they are all voted out next year. They are all part of the swamp that Trump wants to drain including himself the moron. Enough is enough,
