Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is on fire these days. Or else she’s bulletproof. She’s got some kind of superpower, anyway.
Today, she responded to Republican outrage over fellow freshman congresswoman Rashida Tlaib’s call to “impeach the motherfucker” by pointing out the glaringly obvious:
Republican hypocrisy at its finest: saying that Trump admitting to sexual assault on tape is just “locker room talk,” but scandalizing themselves into faux-outrage when my sis says a curse word in a bar.
GOP lost entitlement to policing women’s behavior a long time ago.
Next.

Well done.
Of course, AOC isn’t just about pithy quips and cool dance moves. She’s got an ambitious — some dare call it “radical” — agenda that includes taxing the rich the way they used to be taxed, back when our progressive tax structure (if not America itself) was great.
Ah, but her ideas aren’t really that radical. They’re only radical compared to the status quo in the U.S. circa 2019.
We’re historical outliers, as you can see:

And since every other developed country in the world guarantees health care to its citizens, we’re geographical outliers (some might say “radicals”) there as well.
Keep it up, AOC. We’re listening.
Oh, she had a follow-up tweet, too.
