- The FBI had a FISA warrant on Paul Manafort (i.e., they tapped his phone) during the campaign period.
- They got the FISA warrant renewed (implying that they learned something about illegal activity).
- And, to top it off, Mueller has subpeonaed Manafort’s lawyer — a highly unusual move.
