I am unable to access any hyperlink or URL via the “here” mentioned above where readers can find Part I of this “Cliff’s Notes” review of the Mueller Report. Is it possible to provide that, and quickly, before our mid-terms on the 17th, as I have generally found Cliff’s Notes to be practically indispensable to assist in preparation for the big moment.
