Donald Trump says he’s working, not golfing, but the press still isn’t allowed to see him

Donald Trump may be staying at his own Bedminster golf club for the next few weeks, but he is absolutely adamant that it is not a “vacation.” It is merely work-doing from another venue, in this case a golf course, in different work clothes, in this case golfing attire, and tooling around the place on Golf Force One, also known as a golf cart.

So golly, the White House press corps asks: If he’s working and not golfing, that means we can see him, right?

Ha, that’s a good one.

Alas, Trump’s team continues to be unresponsive to such requests, meaning national coverage of what Donald Trump will be doing for the next two weeks will likely consist of video taken by Bedminster wedding guests. At least hold the phones the other way, everybody. Landscape mode exists for a reason.
