From the BBC:

Protesters seeking a referendum on the final Brexit deal have attended a rally which organisers say was the biggest demonstration of its kind.

Young voters led the People’s Vote march to London’s Parliament Square, which supporters say attracted approximately 700,000 protesters.

It also had support from a number of MPs who want a fresh vote.

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan – who started the march – was among those who addressed Parliament Square, along with representatives from the main political parties. Celebrity speakers included Steve Coogan, Delia Smith and Deborah Meaden.

And First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon sent a message of support to the rally, saying the SNP would support a vote that would give the option of staying in the EU.

We know that the Brexit vote was Putin’s rehearsal for the U.S. 2016 Presidential Election attack. The U.K. was struck by Putin’s cyber-army in very much the same way the U.S.A. got hit, resulting in Trump.

In just 17 days, we Americans must turn out to vote in the same force that the British took to the streets yesterday.

Godspeed to our Allies of Democracy abroad and to us as well. We were both attacked by Russia, gravely. The time has come to fight back, and VOTE!

  1. There is absolutely no proof that Putin had anything to do with Brexit.
If the United States came under the political, fiscal and economic control of another group entity, (say “North America Union”), in which its own political powers were subservient to those of NAU, its citizens might, after 40+ years, (as these powers have increased, and those of the once sovereign nation decreased, without ANY say from its citizens), then you might just begin to understand Brexit. FYI the EU was formerly European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) and the European Economic Community (EEC), established, respectively, by the 1951 Treaty of Paris and 1957 Treaty of Rome. The EU and European citizenship were established when the Maastricht Treaty came into force in 1993, without any input from citizens of the EU.

I really wish people wouldn’t conflate Brexit with Putin, or Trump.

A demonstration of 700,000 of the London metropolitan elite, (the EU is ALL about the elite), does not even compare to the 17+ million who voted to leave the EU, the largest democratic vote in UK’s political history.
