CNN / YouTube GOP voter on Kavanaugh What boy...
CNN / YouTube

A CNN interview with Republican women who support Kavanaugh featured one mother who asks “what teen hasn’t done this?”.  Put aside the horrific proposition of such a woman raising a son or daughter with such a destructive attitude. What we aren’t told is that at least three of the women are Republican Party operatives. One woman, identified as Lourdes Castillo de la Pena worked on Ted Cruz’s campaign and hosted a $1000/plate fundraiser. Another woman has appeared sitting next to Trump at small business forums. Yet another is a failed Floridian House primary candidate.

One would think that CNN would feel obligated to disclose the backgrounds of these women rather than just put them forth as average Republican voters. When else has CNN falsely represented the people they’re interviewing? How did they find these well-heeled and well connected Republican operatives? Were they fed to CNN as examples by the White House?

CNN’s Randi Kaye speaks to Republican women in Florida about Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

  1. Unfortunately the zeal to report all sides may in fact discourage the few Republicans that are fed up with the Orange Fool to speak up.

  2. “Mostly GOP operatives”! After all, who has the most to gain from playing Pandering-Pollyanna Barbies for the Party of tRump?
