If you did not vote for Hillary, whatever excuse you used, I hope you are happy now.

For all those who did not vote for Hillary —

— who couldn’t stand her because she thought she was anointed

— because she was a tool of Wall Street

— because Bernie or Stein or some other fool was the REAL progressive

— because I really don’t have a choice so I’ll sit it out

Whatever your excuse, goddam it I hope you are happy now.  I also hope you are under 55 so you will  spend the rest of your life knowing that YOU are the reason this nation is fucked.  I’m 73 so I’m fairly safe.  If you’re under 55 you are screwed and your children and grandchildren are screwed royally.

And please don’t insult me with some bullshit about how Senate Democrats will force a “moderate” onto SCOTUS.

Not gonna happen.  Trump will nominate a Neanderthal Nazi and he’ll breeze through confirmation.

In the next five years, all the following will disappear — and this is only a partial list.

— abortion will become illegal.

— birth control pills, IUDs, and every other birth control device except condoms will be illegal — because life will be determined to start at fertilization.

— unions, 40-hour work week, overtime pay, minimum wage, workplace safety regulations:  GONE.

— clean water, clean air:  GONE.

— one man, one vote:  GONE.  Only Republicans will be able to vote.

— gay rights, same gender marriage:  GONE.

— public schools:  GONE.  Tax money will pour into church schools.

— taxes on corporations and the uber-wealthy:  GONE.

— social security, Medicare, Medicaid:  Are you kidding?

— affirmative action:  GONE.

— don’t stand for the national anthem, go to jail.

— immigrants?  No more immigration and deport those who are here.

So — if any of these every came out of your mouth:  “Hillary stole the nomination.”  “She’s too much of a hawk.”  “She’s tied to Wall Street.”  “I love Bernie.”  “Jill Stein is the real progressive.”  “Trump can’t win so I’ll just sit it out.” — if any of that bullshit ever came out of your mouth, you are responsible for the death of this republic.  I hope you are proud of yourselves.

Alright, alright . . . I have removed the offending last line.  Won’t change anything.  If you didn’t vote for Hillary in 2016, you are responsible for this.  Stop trying to deny it, stop trying to justify it.  Of course, if you didn’t vote for Hillary in 2016, you likely won’t vote for whomever we Democrats nominate in 2020 —

Blame those that voted for Trump, not those that didn’t vote for your preferred candidate. Honestly, I believe Hillary would have done almost as much harm.

I did not vote for Trump, and I did vote, so don’t you dare blame this on me (or others that believe that the 2 party system is the real evil here).

Sorry. I WILL blame it on you. Your vote for someone else accomplished precisely nothing; and if you truly believe that “Hillary would have done almost as much harm”, you are kidding yourself. For starters, Hillary would not have nominated a reactionary like Neil Gorsuch to the SCOTUS; she would not be about to nominate someone who pledges to reverse Roe v. Wade and much more; she would not have imposed the travel ban; she would not be having orgasms over a wall being built on the Mexican border; she would not be traveling the country, rousing the rabble; she… Read more »

Then he will win again next cycle, as I will never vote for a Repub or Demo that I do not agree with. Voting for the “lesser evil” is still voting for evil. And every single vote for Killary or The Cheetoe Hitler is a vote for evil.

Good job trying to divide those that are united against Trump. All you are trying to do is ensure that the racists win again due to your divisive acts. Think about things for a moment or two before you start pointing fingers, you ass. Stuff like this will do Trump nothing but favors.

Time to go elsewhere.

Sad, I lo ed this site. Until they start trying to break apart the resistance (which is exactly what this post is doing…)

Congrats! You just successfully ensured that one less person will be making you ad revenue. Well done!

Victim blaming at its worst. The entire country is the victim, stop blaming those that DID NOT put the douche in power.

I don’t like Hillary, personally, either. I don’t even know why. I just don’t like listening to her. But this isn’t a popularity contest. Remember, this isn’t a reality show. You don’t have to ‘like’ a candidate to vote for them – it’s about who will do a better job, and who has the most character, ethics, smarts, best interests of the country and civilization in mind. Trump answers ‘NOT ME’ to all of those. But he was on TV in a scripted , phony, bullshit TV show, so that must be the real Donnie FatAss. The big mistake that… Read more »

It is about voting for those that truly represent me. I will never do anything else. Those that vote for who they think will take down the person they hate are the problem. The goal should NOT be to prevent anyone from getting into office, but to get the person… Read more »

Voting for either of them was like having to choose between two dumpster fires. Voting is a farse, don’t you know that yet!? History proves it. We ended up with the biggest dumpster fire anyway.

I did NOT vote for either tRumpshit OR HILLairy! Instead I cast a vote of no confidence for BOTH of them by voting for a candidate from one of the other THREE parties who had better choices, and I voted for HIM! I knew tRump and Hillary were idiots and narcissists and hated them both, even at that time. So I looked at the other three “nameless parties” per the MEDIA, in that the MEDIA never even ONCE mentioned their existence! There was one GREAT candidate there, and that’s who I voted for. So, take your insults and misleading lies… Read more »
